Immunizations will be available to newborns and children
through 18 years of age with private insurance, or children
who meet the eligibility requirements for the Vaccines for
Children (VFC) program.
Parent(s) or guardian(s) must provide a copy of the child’s
immunization record at the time of the visit. A parent’s or
guardian’s picture ID and copy of Medicaid or insurance
card are also recommended. No appointments necessary.
The clinic will be closed from 12pm-1pm. Please see the event flyer for additional details.
