  • Created the PINK Pregnancy and Baby Growth Charts and distributed 14,500 to expecting moms through various community partners and outreach events

New Projects:

  • HPV: Closing the Vaccination Gap - This project focuses on increasing HPV vaccination through parent and adolescent education along with healthcare provider outreach.
  • Public Health Billing Implementation - This project supports implementation of billing for public health services at local health departments.
  • Cocooning in OB/GYN offices - This is a continuation of a special project through the Nevada State Immunization Program that our Adult Immunization Coordinator is now helping manage.
  • Immunizations 101 Online and Practicum Training - This training offers continuing education credits after the completion of three online modules and one live in-person practicum.  While it focuses on training medical assistants, it's open to all healthcare professionals.
