No Cost Flu Clinic and Youth Sports Physicals – Las Vegas

This NO COST clinic is for the general public, and immunizations are to help protect all individuals and their love ones against the flu and also for the youth “only” to have an opportunity in getting vaccinated with regular immunization shots as well (parents will need to ensure to bring their shot records for the regular immunization).
 
In addition, UNSOM is offering FREE limited amount of youth Sports Physicals on a first come first serve basis (proper team paper work to be completed is required); various vendors to provide educational and community resource materials to youth and families attending; face painting; entertainment and special giveaways.
