Give Kids a Boost: Sun Valley Health and Safety Fair

On Saturday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. families throughout the community will be provided with hands-on health, safety and educational activities offered by more than 35 community organizations. As part of Give Kids a Boost, free immunizations will be available through the Washoe County Health District, as well as free booster seats from REMSA’s Point of Impact program and other safety gear from Safe Kids Washoe County. In addition, children will be able to participate in an Easter egg scavenger hunt with Big Shot Bunny, have their faces painted and be entered to win raffle prizes.
