The Nevada State Immunization Program (NSIP) is a progressive, dynamic and fast-paced program of the Nevada State Health Division. Working closely with the state’s immunization coalitions, Immunize Nevada and the Southern Nevada Immunization and Health Coalition, immunization rates in Nevada are improving. Join Immunize Nevada and NSIP’s leader to learn about the current status of the NSIP including more about the recently published immunization rates, areas for improvement per vaccine, new projects, and 317 funding.

Erin Seward, MPH
From 1999 – 2003 Erin Seward attend the University of Nevada Reno and majored in Health Ecology while running on a full-ride scholarship in cross country and track. Then in June 2007 Erin Seward earned her Master of Public Health degree with an emphasis in Community Health from Oregon State University. Erin has been with the Nevada State Immunization Program since February 2009 and has served two different roles – WebIZ Manager and now the Immunization Program Manager. Additionally, Erin has worked in several areas of public health including HIV/AIDS, anti-tobacco, substance abuse, and statutory rape prevention.
