These events are open to the community, however in order to receive services at the mobile clinic patients will need to be HPN members, or be covered under any of the United Healthcare lines of business (HPN Medicaid, HPN commercial plans, Sierra Health and Life, Senior Dimensions, etc.). The mobile clinic also takes straight Medicaid and straight Medicare (fee for service).

An ID is always required to receive services and insurance card is highly recommended.

All of these events will provide vaccines as well as primary care services like well checks, sick visits, lab work, etc.
