Join us at one of our three immunization clinics and get your child(ren) up to date just in time for the new school year! Free to low cost vaccines will be available to families who qualify!

Clinics will be APPOINTMENT ONLY to ensure safe social distancing. Scan the QR code below with your mobile device or visit booking.appointy.com/immunizenevada to reserve.

All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the clinic date. Masks must be worn at all times. All surfaces will be sanitized and social distancing will be practiced to ensure the safety of all clinic attendees. If you have health insurance, including Nevada Checkup and Medicaid, please bring your insurance card and any immunization records.
