Please bring your insurance card if you have it. Flu vaccines have $0 cost under most plans, including Medicare and Medicaid for those over 19 years old.

For those without insurance, there will be an out of pocket cost; however, if you have a Good Rx card, the price can be reduced.

This clinic will serve anyone 6 years and older.
