The Douglas County Senior Center is hosting a 5+ COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinic. 

This event is for boosters ONLY. The new Moderna and Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 boosters will be offered, no other COVID-19 vaccines will be available. 

Pfizer Bivalent Booster Eligibility

• Ages 5 years and older
• 2 months after final primary series dose OR after receiving a booster

Moderna Bivalent Booster Eligibility

• Ages 6 years and older
• 2 months after final primary series dose OR after receiving a booster
