Please bring your insurance card if you have it. Flu vaccines have $0 cost under most plans. No cost flu vaccine is available for those without insurance.

Masks must be worn at all times. All surfaces will be sanitized, and social distancing will be practiced to ensure the safety of all clinic attendees.
