COVID-19 Vaccine Locator

The Nevada State Immunization Program has coordinated with various pharmacies and other locations to vaccinate Nevadans.

If you are scheduling a vaccine for someone 12-17 years old, confirm the location offers the Pfizer vaccine, as that is currently the only vaccine authorized for use for that age.

Note: When you schedule your appointment, make sure you will be in town and available for your 2nd dose 21 days (Pfizer) or 28 days (Moderna) later. For these two vaccines, you need a 2nd dose to be fully vaccinated.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, so that no vaccine is wasted.
