Creating a better and healthier future for our state has been our vision for more than 20 years. Each month, we serve thousands of Nevadans at in-person immunization and health events, through our webpages, on social media, at our community meetings, and via healthcare professional trainings.

We want our partnership with you to be of high value that is mutually beneficial. Our most popular benefits and signature events are listed here — but the opportunities are endless.  

Community Meetings, February - November 2019: $5,000 - $500
Sponsor breakfast for 30-50 attendees at our Reno and Las Vegas meetings, and lunch for 15-20 at our Elko meetings.

21st Annual Silver Syringe
The Silver Syringe Awards is our annual fundraiser, attended by nearly 500 healthcare and community stakeholders, celebrating and highlighting the great work immunization champions do to keep our communities healthy and improve Nevada’s immunization rates. Dinner events are held in both Reno and Las Vegas.

  • Give Kids A Boost Health and Safety Fair, August 2019: $10,000 - $500

Each year, hundreds of families struggle to get their children vaccinated before school and daycare programs start. Our community events provide no-cost immunizations and community resources from a variety of exhibitors to help families vaccinate on time, every time.


Community Events benefiting Immunize Nevada

  • Rotary Polio Purple Pinkie Run, Reno (May 4, 2019) $1,000 - $100
  • Northern Nevada Dragon Boat Festival, Sparks (August 17, 2019) $12,500 - $2,500

Immunize Nevada is the charity partner for these community fitness-focused events, and sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels.


14th Annual Nevada Health Conference, October 14-15, 2019: $10,000 - $2,000
This two-day CEU/CME conference brings together more than 250 healthcare professionals from throughout Nevada and the region, offering top notch, health-related topics focused on immunizations; chronic disease prevention; and maternal, child and adolescent health. The location rotates each year between Reno and Las Vegas. Exhibit booths also available.
